1. In the process of color steel plate processing, especially in cutting, must reduce the burr on the cutting surface. To remove the metal powder during the cutting process, we also need to place a rubber pad under it to prevent the colored steel plates from damaging the surface when stacked;

2. Before bending, dirt and rust on the mold, punch and other parts should be removed;

3. The temperature must be controlled above 5 degrees Celsius;

4. If it is a rolling process, it should be made of hard materials or coated on the surface of the drum.
